In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days, starting from the delivery of your order, to return your items to us. Beyond this period, returns will not be accepted.For purchases made during the year-end holiday season, returns are extended to 30 days. <\/p>

Free returns are offered throughout Europe, with the exception of the United Kingdom. For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/span><\/span><\/strong>Metropolitan France, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg:<\/span><\/strong> Returned product(s) must be sent via Mondial Relay using the pre-paid return label provided by us and in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.<\/p>

You may also return the product(s) at your own expense<\/span> with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of shipment. <\/p>
