Orders are shipped within 48 hours (business days, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times:

France: 24 hours to 5 days depending on the chosen delivery method.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email informing you and containing the package tracking link. You can also log in to your “My Account” area and track your delivery by clicking on “My Orders”, “View My Order”, “Order Tracking”.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted for complete products in new condition, with their tag(s) attached, in their original packaging, and with their order form for identification.

We offer free return shipping via Mondial Relay (for metropolitan France and Belgium).

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to make a return.

For purchases made during the holiday season, returns are extended to 30 days.

The returned product(s) must be sent via Mondial Relay using the pre-paid return label provided by us, and must be in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from the date the return is received by Voyage de la Baleine.

You may also return the product(s), at your expense, by post via Colissimo (or with the carrier of your choice) with a tracking number and in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.

Initiate a return:

1) To make a return, it is essential to submit your return request:
– either via our contact form online,
– or by email to the following address:

You will need to specify your order number, the items, and the reasons for return.

2) We will then send you a pre-paid Mondial Relay return label by email.

3) You then just need to stick the return label on your package and drop it off at a Mondial Relay point.

Please do not forget to put the order identification slip inside the package before dropping off your package at the Mondial Relay point.

Italy:

The returned product(s) must be sent via Chronopost Shop to Shop using the pre-paid return label provided by us, and must be in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.

You may also return the product(s), at your expense, by post via Colissimo (or with the carrier of your choice) with a tracking number and in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.

The order identification slip is the document included in your package with your ordered items.
If you have lost this document, you can contact us so that we can send it to you by email. You can contact us:

We do not offer a standard exchange procedure. If you wish for a different size, another model, or another color, simply return the item to us (see the section “How to make a return”) and place a new order on our website.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from the date the return is received by Le Voyage de la Baleine.

Payments & Security

You can pay for your online purchases by Credit Card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Amex) or by Paypal.

All our transactions are carried out on a secure server (SSL encryption). Sensitive data exchanges (personal data, credit card numbers, etc.) are secured and guaranteed by a server certificate.
