For purchases made during the year-end holiday season, returns are extended to 30 days.

Returned product(s) must be sent via Mondial Relay using the pre-paid return label provided by us, and must be in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.

The refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 days from the date the return is received by Voyage de la Baleine.

You may also return the product(s), at your expense, by post via Colissimo (or with the carrier of your choice) with a tracking number and in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.

Initiate a return:

1) To initiate a return, it is essential to submit your return request:

You will need to specify your order number, the items, and the reasons for return.

2) We will then send you a pre-paid Mondial Relay return label by email.

3) You then just need to stick the return label on your package and drop it off at a Mondial Relay point.

Please do not forget to put the order identification slip inside the package before dropping off your package at the Mondial Relay point.

The returned product(s) must be sent via Chronopost Shop to Shop using the pre-paid return label provided by us, and must be in their original condition with their tag(s) attached and with the order identification slip inside the package for identification.
